Title: Puzzled
Post by: Delma on September 29, 2021, 03:22:21 AM
Idk what i did? Machine was stuck with big blue call attendant box for a couple days. Hadn’t had a chance to get around to it. Once I turned the key it would just freeze. Once it blue screen and let me restart but still same thing. So I tried clearing so I can set the machine back up and I’ve been stuck at this same error screen for an hour. I hope I didn’t screw anything up. This multi game is a customer favorite. They love this machine. Used an 1810 clear bc I figured it had to be 1800 or above running a cpu nxt2. Sooooooo idk…..help please  :Scratch-Head:

Yeah, I'm puzzled to, by what kind of BB2 machines is this? :Scratch-Head: :Scratch-Head:

I don’t know that’s it’s a bb2. I wanna say it’s a wms slant top if I remember correctly. Been awhile since I purchased it.

Looks like you have a nvram fault and it's having a problem making a directory on the hard drive.

I'd clear it again and then re-install your Game and OS cards.

If it still doesn't work, swap out the hard drive and check the red connecting cable.

Did you install the cards into the right slots?

Yes tried clearing it several times. Not sure I have an unused hard drive for a nxt2 but if I have one I’ll try that next.

Game card may be corrupt.  Try putting the license dongle into a different usb slot.

It's failing at the NVRAM part.  I would change batteries if you haven't already done so.  If it still happens, then I would change the mpu.  NVRAM might have goteen zapped.  :burningresistor:

The cabinet is a converted BB1 slant.

Ahhh ok. I’ll try all of those things. Hopefully one works. Thank you all for the help. I’ll update with what I had to do to get it back work. I must get it back working.
