Besides the obvious, zero feedback, newly registered. Probably just a scam for cash with a stolen picture from elsewhere on the web.

I bought three "refurbished" skill stops - gave two away as gifts and kept one, then sold it. I don't think the most I'd pay for one would be $20, maybe!  I only paid $75 each for those with $70 shipping. This was about 10 years ago.

Oh boy that's a job I would NOT want!  :no:
I can't imagine how many thousands of scammers show up there. I rarely purchase things from low feedback sellers.
