reported this guy awhile back - has 3 ebay id "SLOTMACHINETECH" "SLOTMACHINEMECHANIC" AND "SLOT_MACHINE_PARTS_AND_BATTERY_KIT" His mode of operation is to purchase items and complain item not what is it supposed to be - usually strong arming CHINESE sellers who bow to him. If you look at "FEEDBACK LEFT FOR OTHERS" you will see 100s of NEGATIVES and anyone who dares to leave him one gets some rather rude and nasty comments. I strongly recommend that you all BLOCK this guy using EBAY BLOCK BIDDER/BUYER" link. ALSO - he is ON THIS SITE - He downloads manuals and sells them on EBAY. BEWARE!!!!

Yikes I remember him. I'm not sure if that's who Barry was referring to, but there's definitely a little attitude from him in the following thread. His initials are correct though!

Yep, that guy is a real tool.
Bought an S+ Chip from him last year on eBay, long before I discovered this forum and great guys like RB, Mark and Jim, to name a few.
Sent me the wrong SS Chip, then refused to accept it as a return item. Was extremely rude and temperamental in his messages. So I just filed a claim against him through eBay and PayPal and got my money back. And kept the eprom.
I always watch for his listings just to make sure I never deal with him again. They used to be long drawn out item descriptions about paying via your "PayPal Cash Account only" and "I don't have time for your questions, I won't troubleshoot your machine" type stuff.
He'll get what's coming to him eventually.

my first run in with this ???? he bought my E series clear chip - then complained it was NOT NEW - PINS BENT etc etc etc - so I sent him another - next thing i get is a NEGATIVE FEEDBACK!!! funny thing shortly there after guess what he is selling on ebay - yep - copies of my eprom
I block him and sometime later he reappears with a different ID and buys my V2000 clear chip - same story - same outcome - this time I complained to ebay and got the feeback removed and my money back - so he still sells my items - cheaper of course. THEN - i get an order for a delay relay cherry switch - and I look at the buyer - JAMES RUCKER!!! new ID - so I CANCEL the sale - now he can't make copies so it is obvious that he wants to smear me with bad feedback - you got me once - almost twice - but not this time A-HOLE. He did get to smile or what ever rows his boat with another negative feed - EBAY removed it. He is listing a lot of manuals - obviously he is stealing them somewhere - most likely from NLG. I feel bad for the good people trying to make a buck and having to kiss the fools ass. If only people would do unto him as he does to others!!

That guys a tool. Very easy to spot on EBay to. Just read his shipping Description. I ship only once a week, blah blah blah.. Most of it in caps too. His eproms use to have hand written labels too. I make sure to keep far away from that A-Hole. Thief and a crook.

This guy will do everything in his power to make it so he is the only one able to conduct business in an area. He slanders shops online offers discounts to customers it they write a bad review against his competitors. He even makes fake postings as his competitors on Craigslist offering crazy low prices or free items and even ran an add posing as one shop showing a pornographic image. He has pushed at least one business to close. The first time i ever heard his name it was a az shop sold him a machine he brought it back under warranty multiple times having swapped in bad parts then he went and wrote a bad review for them online and I think even complained on the old site here. And for those that dont know yes this is the same guy from the old site that threatened to bomb multiple shops. He had multiple accounts on there and we could only keep track of him because he always posted in call caps.

That's the last straw for me. He hasn't logged on in a while, but I went ahead and banned him from the forum. I don't want to deal with this a-hole in the future. :talktothehand:
