Title: PNL Video Circuit Board Repair ??
Post by: irascible51 on October 16, 2020, 03:47:51 PM
Worst experience ever?   No proper English spoken.  Poor communications skills.  No reply no invoice, nothing.  Four (4 weeks) no reply.  First have lost tracked package to correct address in.   No no reply no can't find circuit board.   Asking me what need to be done with my circuit board (I thought advertised circuit parts & labor for repair).
Sent Flyback Transformer (correct or not per Ceronix/my GameKing correct flyback or not can be converted/used with).    Very disappointed, waste of time.   They can't find their hind quarters.  No many drugs?    Had better make good here or going elsewhere (and with explanation).

Not sure what you're talking about here.  Sounds like a good rant, but you didn't mention who the rant was for?  I'll let ya respond and then probably move it over to rants and raves or delete it if you don't provide further clarification.

I believe he's upset with PNL Video, a California based company that does CRT repairs.

I kinda understand what he was getting at, as I've used them once in the past. They do good work, but invoicing and tracking shipments isn't their strongest attribute.

So, maybe go ahead and move this to the Rants and Raves category.

Thank you Tilt and Ash,   exactly right with your assumptions about my rant about PNL Circuit Board Repairs in California.    We have contacted by telephone twice and both times they had lost the circuit board.   Completely "out in orbit", I guess, not much of business savvy.   Four weeks of lost in the ozone.    Didn't eve know what I was looking for from "PNL CIRCUIT BOARD REPAIR" sheez.

                                                                                                   Thank you,
