Title: Need help with Canadian WBA

I'm very new to this so looking for help.  I have Canadian BV that reads WBA-22-SS that won't take the newer bills.  The bottom has  eprom chip that reads W23CAN024  V2.00-32  WBA-23-SS (E9CA) I'm looking to find out what would be involved to get this taking the new Canadian bills.  Thank you

V3.9-40 is the latest update that I am aware of for the "plastic money". Change the eprom.
I am assuming it's an IGT machine.
