From page 14 of 52 - Find your game type and jackpot category letter.

From page 38 of 52 - Match your category letter for your correct jackpot level settings

From page 7 or (page 12) of 52 - With your knowledge of the jackpot settings, here are the steps on how to setup the progressive.
