I had this on my China shores game. Ended up using a clear chip for another problem and when I rebooted the machine the message was gone. Can you tell me if your Mayan Chief game was already on your machine or did you find the game chips and rom card from someone else? Xorkcir

I believe it was always on there as glass and other items point to it. I think it just started popping up maybe I did in the menu as I was messing around in there. Still looking for a manual for kv 2 ,  thank you for response , I guess ill have to find a clear chip also.

The RAM Clear fixes this issue among other strange ones I've encountered. I have RAM Clears for Konami K2V, KP3 and International in case anyone needs that.

Mine does this very same thing.  No big deal but it is always there even after a clear.

Looks like it's trying to find your network for top screen Where if you had a stand alone Jackpot when you ram clear  Make sure if you don't have anything in you eprom 8  turn off Stand alone Progress Make sure to turn off Looking for all network under communication no SAS lock up as well  Forgot where this setting is the enter serial number and  Machine number but both need to be with any number without a 0

Does anyone know where i can get a user manual for this machine?  Also i can get into menus and scroll but cannot get anything to highlight.  How can i change the payout percentages?  I found the menu but cannot get any buttons to light up.  It is currently set on lowest setting.

You need a clear card to change those settings.  Also, if you contribute to the site you will gain access to the manual for the K2V.
