I have sent three or four emails recently to Rudy's with no replies. Does anybody know anything about this place. I have been shorted on one order and sent wrong parts on two others and I can't get them to reply. Their system must be working as you can place an order and they ship it. Thanks TJ

I have had good success with them. Only ever ordered online so I can't speak for email responses.

Yeah, John and Nicole have always treated me right. I wonder if they're resolving issues with the website.

I placed a order on the website last week and got it in about 2 days.
Did not have any issues at all.

I placed an order on 5/19 and it shipped on 5/20. I've never had a problem.

In reading these posts about Rudy's for some time now it seems like the vast majority of customers order their stuff and receive it promptly without any problems. But when there is a problem it is hard to contact them to get it corrected. I'm not sure why, but it is. Have your tried calling the telephone number on his website to see if you can get help that way? You may also want to try to send a PM to him here (John42355), his last logon was May 10th though, so it may take some time.
Like many others here I've ordered quite a few parts from him in the past and have never had an issue, in fact many times they throw in free extras (coin cups, sound card, ect). I'm sure they will make it right when you are able to establish contact with them.

John always takes care of any problems - which occur a lot - there is an issue with whoever is doing the actual shipping.

John just emailed me. Both Nicole and himself have been out of town. He assured me everything would be corrected. I never had any problems in the past up until the last couple orders. No problems now. Everything is back on track TJ

Yeah, I agree. I never had any problems and always a pretty quick ship. Could be any one of the 8 or 9 people that do the packing and shipping, but he always comes through in the end and always makes it right, usually with a few FREE things thrown in.
