While I feel somewhat confident that titles like Fortune Cookie, Kingpin Bowling, etc. might be out there, I'm less certain regarding Evel Knievel, Creature from the Black Lagoon, etc. If anyone has any definitive info, please share. Pictures of the elusive titles would be great too. Thanks everyone!

King Pin Exist
Cops n Donuts Exist
Uncle Sam Exist
RWB has many flavors but Exist
Pink Panther and Jeanie had Feature Toppers, Jeanie was often a progressive window topper

Thank you so much for posting these wonderful pictures. I had never seen the Creature insert until now.

Has anyone seen Kingpin Bowling or Fortune Cookie? Those seem like the next two from my list that are most likely to exist.
