Title: Bally Alpha Elite V32 Gen2 Printer issues

I need some help with the printer in my machine. 


I ordered the Tito Deluxe today.  I decided to play around with the Gen2 printer in the machine.  There was paper in the machine when I purchased it.  So I tried to load it.  When it starts to load the blue ready light comes on.  Then it blinks and the orange paper light comes on.  The paper continues to feed and come out.  It won't stop unless I stop it from loading vouchers.  I tied to turn the paper over but got the same result.  I opened it up and cleaned it out.  same results. 


Any suggestions?

There are some black rectangle looking things on one side of the paper.  You need to feed with the first black bar on the left hand side facing up.  There should be an illustration of some sort under the paper to indicate which way it goes.  If that doesn't work, you may have a bad printer.
