Title: HELP: JCM WBA won't light up or accept bills

Hi everybody,

I hope this is the right forum for my JCM WBA issue.  The slot machine is M9000 with a BV JCM WBA 1x Head.  The slot machine powers on and go to the usual routine, bill validator does it cycle.  But when all things are done, the BV lights remains off.  I tried checking the setup if there's a mismatch, I see the BV didn't boot and no DATA is available.  Do you think I need to clear the memory or this is just a setup error?

It could be something as simple as your cash can is not shoved in all of the way or your main door is not closed.

Make sure there is a RS-232 Comm Board on the side of the BA and that it has ID-003 Software. The Comm Board id about 1" x 3" and will be where the connectors on the board you see when you flip the unit over

Thanks guys.  I did some BV switch and pull out the can, that solved the problem.
