Title: IGT S+ Chaos Issues

Bought my first machine at a yard sale.  The owner told me the backup battery had died.


The old boards were ruined by battery acid, so ordered new ones.  One appears damaged. 


When turned on, the fluorescent lights turn on, the reels tighten up, and the bill acceptor makes some noise.


There is nothing in any of the LED displays, and the candle remains dark. 


Another component (chip, board?) appears to be missing.


Any advice on how to move forward from here?

We have all of the spare parts and a board tester to repair them and keep them running.
