If your S2000 has a coin comparitor that is one of the CC-xx models it will only accept a coin that matches the sample coin in the coin comparitor. Is this what you are asking?

However, on some machines that allow "tokenization" the inserted coin can be made to give multiple credits. Is this what you want to do?

If you want to convert your machine to use quarters that is a different issue, it can be done but parts on the machine will need to be changed, such as the coin entry slot and some of the hopper parts.

Through tokenazation you can make that nickel be whatever value you want. I have quarter machines set up to be $5 .
Just remember when you cash out the hopper will only dispense 1 nickel for each $5 in the machine. (Or whatever value you set the coin to be)
