Title: blazing 7's hopper won't pay just plays goofy tune when cashed out

im guessing this is a setting to hand pay..... hopper when pushing buttons rolls both ways is not jammed.. no machine errors any ideas? I've tried everything i know to do and looked for fix in forums for 2 days to no avail i cannot send pic for some reason i can email it to you if possible

what kind of MPU board does it have?
Can you send a picture - top down of the board so all of the chips are seen?
