Title: Help with a crt monitor

hi all
i'm still working on this TDC poker machine

i got a arcade chassis from ebay and installed a 19" crt from a tv set (the old tube was shot). and i had it looking ok but it was waving like a flag in the wind (pic 1). so i tried to tweak it and now i get this (pic2 and still waving) and can not get a full screen anymore.
any help will help

 I'm kinda new here,
but I would try putting an isolation transformer to the power side in just before the monitor's AC power.
