Title: S+ machine dropping too many quarters on cash out?
Post by: br549autosales on October 22, 2020, 09:32:20 AM
When I cash out my hopper is dropping more than the amount on my credit meter, almost twice as many quarters as it should. What can I look for to resolve this please?

Check the brake, the spring may have come off.

As soon as you get an extra coin or two past the optics the machine will cut an error (3100?) coin-out-tilt.

if your not getting an error then its a problem with the pay out. Wrong chips, Wrong Strips, Wrong Glass.
Wrong in the sense that the chips/strips/glass don't match.

Can you post your reel chip number along with your reel strip numbers and a picture of your glass.

I've seen it happen with a faulty hopper optic.

I've seen it happen with a faulty hopper optic.

And if that is the case I have optics.
