Wondering if anybody may have stashed away in a forgotten folder, an updated Appendix C of the SAS Manual v6.02 (particularly, C-2)? Mine is dated Nov 15, 2005 and has only 1 page of Game ID's when there are a ton more out there (GK isn't even listed). This info isn't found in PSRs either to break down the bits that are reported. Let me know if you can help me out or know where I can download the updated list. I appreciate it greatly.
