Title: hold buttons not working

all hold buttons not working. any help?

So if the hold button intermittently stop working every day and if it’s not the wiring harness what’s the next possibility. What on the board can go bad?

It looks like an electrolytic capacitor that's blown up. Easily replaced but make sure you get it in the correct way as it's polarized.
Also you have a burned connector. You may want to replace that or clean that burned area out.

I figured it out. It is the “test” button. The ground from the hold buttons goes into the test button. The test button itself is what was causing the issue. I replaced it with a switch from an old hold button. Hope this helps others with intermittent hold button issues.
