I have a Bally Game Maker M9000
WBA 13
Was getting a BillVal Stacker Open
IC has written on it
ID003
V3.80-321l
Did a bench test dip sw on 123 8.
Toggle 8 unit cycles then both LEDs on the transport unit fast flash.
This is on a DBA I just picked up. From a dealer.
The older unit does the same thing.
That one is flashed for

I thought it might be the rs232 board that I had to move over to the new JCM. I picking up a few rs232 boards , and replaced it I also ran without the board
when doing the bench test. Same results.
Problem solved.
Original WBA was bad
And then the new one I ordered had a Bad Programmed chip installed.
Will be calling the place we’re I got the WBA from and asking them for a new Chip ,programmed for Bally.
