Title: Konami Tasman series 1 problem after new batteries installed

Hi everyone , i have a Konami Tasman series 1 ,was working perfect then had lockup saying needed new batteries on the MCU ,now new problem after new batteries installed
says" Exception has occured zero divide" then a bunch of numbers then Format:$2 Vector offset=14 Instruction Adress :94d00000
Also when booting up there is a NG regarding RAM


can anyone help with this,  it would be much appreciated..

I'm surprised you haven't had a reply to this one yet. I hope you're machine isn't still stuck at this point! You need a ram clear..


Just press and hold the button on the top PCB while you power the machine on, until the ram clear message comes up on the screen. Do the initial config, and you'll be good as new.

thanks for that , i ended up doing just that, after buying a new pcb(and had the same drama) , finding that button was the hard part,not knowing it existed, cheers... ron
