Title: 8 line slot help

i have an new lucky 8 line slot by wing seemto be w 4  most of the dip switches match the manual i have  but the game has a suprise bonus on it but i can seem to figure them out any one have any ideas  i belive it has the 58%  revison on it
 in the corner where it usualy says w4 it says DRAGON 4

What kind of machine is this, and  is there a functionality problem with it? Please post a picture and reply with clarification so someone can help you.
