CERONIX 1493 picture slow to come up bright

I have a few 13" Game Kings with CRTs. The monitor pictures are very slow to come on & start off dim when it starts to show up & then get bright after a minute. Is this a CAP replacement issue on the chassis? If so anyone know which ones to try & swap out? Thanks
