IGT S-AVP 17x3 Display Not Displaying Any Credit Amounts Only Paid

Hello!

I have an IGT S-AVP lower 17x3 display screen that is only showing the PAID amount and not the LINES/PLAYED, BET PER LINE, CREDITS BET and CREDITS amounts. I have cleared and tried a few setup changes and still the same. This game was not working before and it came in with this problem. Picture attached.

Any help would be great.
