Title: CC-16 in IGT PE Plus
Post by: TopDogElec on November 17, 2018, 11:44:51 AM
I have an IGT PE Plus "Leap Frog" slot that I have been trying to bring back to life but I've pretty much given up on it, too much damage for my skill level. Anyways, there is a CC-16 coin mech in it that I am wondering if I could use for a Bally s6000 "Blazing 7's" slot that I also have, would it work without any modification? Just hook it up and it should work. right? Provided that it works good in the PE Plus that is lol, not sure of the condition of it honestly.

On another note, I do have a Konami Herculite "Wild Magic" that has a coin mech also, not sure of the model honestly, believe it is a CC-16 also but not sure, will look into that also if the IGT one is damaged or wont work.

The IGT PE+ uses a different comparitor then the Bally 6000. I’m not sure about your other. The Bally uses a 24v comparitor that has grey wires and the IGT is a 13v with the green wires going to the rear coil.
