Title: IGT Hexbreaker game "not support" icon shows on the screen

I have a IGT I+ slot machine with a Hexbreaker game
An icon popped up the other day that says NOT SUPPORTED. I checked diagnostics but found no error.
anyone have any idea how to get this off the screen. the game still plays great.

turned on the slot machine today and the video did not come on and the light on top was flashing. after i pushed the button to get the diagnostic screen, the screen came on.
Still have the "not supported"icon in the middle of the screen.
any ideas on what i need to do to fix this.

LCD monitor?  Can you post a picture of the error?
