We have an IGT PE Jacks or Better video poker machine. It has been working flawlessly for years. Someone hit the "pay out" button on accident, and after awhile of paying out, the hopper kept turning, but not paying. It will only spit out a coin here and there, even though there are plenty of coins in the hopper. My husband took most of the coins out and ran the hopper test. The quarters just roll around the wheel, but don't get dispensed. Help!! :EmoticonHelp4:

If you remove a wire from the microswitch on the cash out button that won't happen again.
Check to make sure the coin knife didn't get broke off or have a coin jammed behind it. A picture of the hopper would be helpful too.

Good pics thanks. Coins are getting jammed behind the knife (black plastic piece). They should ride on the top of the knife and off the end through the optics to the coin tray. Remove the coins stuck behind it, loosen (but don't completely remove) the two screws that hold it in place. Adjust it so the coin knife tip is riding flush on the top of the coin shelf and tighten the screws back up. That should hopefully get it back up and running again.
