Title: Bally Joker Poker Discolored Screen / Machine Won't Respond

I have a Bally Joker Poker machine (model# VPOKOP-10) the screen recently became discolored and the machine does nothing when I insert coins, they drop right into the payout tray. Any help is much appreciated!
