I posted on Facebook 8 years ago: OMG! Kittens: The most ridiculous — yet most innovative, engaging, and adorable — slot machine I've ever played.

And I won $40 on it! Whatever happened to these machines?!

They were replaced by all the lightning link type machines (get x coins to fill the screen types) and Fortune 88's types.  There was also an OMG Puppies! and an OMG Kitten Safari! games as well.  WMS made a bunch of similar titles that used dragons instead of kittens and dogs as well.  Then WMS and Bally were purchased by Scientific gaming and their slot themes kind of merged.  Now you have all the Fortune 88 and derivatives like Dancing Drums, Quick Hits and the Ultra fire link types.

This game seemed really popular when I first saw it, but I have not seen any in years. Usually I see an old, popular title somewhere. I just got back from Vegas and still saw a few original Lucky Larry's Lobstermanias at various places!

And this is my OMG kitten, from last year. She's a darn cat now, but still tiny!
