Title: S2000 printer setup?

I installed a printer in my S2000. I can't seem to get it to work, It's a Gen2 for Netplex. Do I need an aftermarket TITO system to make it accept vouchers if I get it to print. I tried the setup directions from the how to guide. Any thoughts ? Thanks, KAD.

For your machine to accept tickets, yes, you need an aftermarket TITO board. I use the one from https://www.bettorslots.com/ (https://www.bettorslots.com/)

Getting "Printer Non Volatile Data Entry". Printer is powered up with light blinking. Tried netplex config  it says "no printer".

Like Dailey said you need to install a TITO board.

Which setup guide did you go by?  If it was for setting up tito all cashouts will go to handpay until you install a tito board.  You need to change the tito setting from system to standard then your printer should work. You will have to change it back to system when you install a tito board.

I tried standard ,no change. I can't test print. I bought the printer from Spin and it was programmed for an S2000 Netplex system. Going to get a Tito coming.

Hold in the button on the printer and turn machine on, it should print a firmware version ticket.

I see GUN001410 as the firmware in the printer.  :sherlock:

That means the printer is programmed for a ________ machine.   :duh:

Thanks, I'll call Spin tomorrow. Looks like the wrong firmware. They specifically called me and asked what machine I had. Have to go start chicken wings!
