most 3 coin pays go thru the top two wiper fingers on reel 5, so clean/check the rivets and verify decent wiper pressure.

the exception is the cherrys.  A 2 cherry win needs the top two wipers on reel 4 to be working.

the diodes complicate testing, but if you set up a two cherry win on the reels, you can pull out the reel mech and use a meter in resistance mode or diode mode to check the path from wire 92 on reel 3 to wire 15 on reel 4.

in diode mode, you should see around .6V when your +/red meter lead on wire 92 and black/com/- lead is on 15.

in ohms mode, something less than 100 ohms is typical with the probes as above.

the diodes don't often fail.

if you can post a pic of the entire front of your machine, that'd be great.  Even better is emailing highest possible resolution pic to slotpics@cdyn.com (or stick them on a cloud drive someplace) and I'll add pictures to the appropriate https://bingo.cdyn.com/slots/ folder.  As many pics of the insides as you are willing to take will get posted.

is your model number 1081-something?  1081-1 paperwork is on the above site, including the reel wiring diagram (w-1041-2649-2653.png).  The info I have says the reel wiring is the same for all the 1081 models.  The main difference would be the index disc for reel 3 and reel tapes to get different payback percentages.

thanks wolftalk for your reply
yes 2 cherries pays its when 3 coins are played a cherry on reel 3 will pay but anything over that wont pay
ive looked in the directory for 1081 but can see no schematics

the schematic is the w-1046-xxx file - https://bingo.cdyn.com/slots/1081-1/w-1046-1813%20-%202222-1081-1.png (https://bingo.cdyn.com/slots/1081-1/w-1046-1813%20-%202222-1081-1.png)

a single cherry paying on reel 3 implies your wire 92 connection to the coin unit is ok, so that mostly leaves wiper connection to contact plate issues in reels 3, 4 or 5 for multiple cherry wins and reel 5 for all other wins.

a picture of as much of the reel 3, 4 and 5 wipers/contact plates as you can get without taking things apart would help.  Need to see condition of the rivets and where the wipers are sitting when indexed into a reel ... along with a pic of the reels so can see what symbols are on the payline.

update:on the 3rd coin it pays any win up to 18 coins

on wins 20 and above on the 3rd reel no pay so thats wins of 20,50 and 100 not paying

pulled reel mech to check wiper fingers they looked good right on top of the rivets but reel mech was really tight going back in pulled out again and 1 pin was pushed in 1 was out of position
managed to straighten them out and reel mech slid in but reluctant to pull in and out too many times
will add some photos later but schematic wont open

Check to see if your hopper has an open after 20 switch.

Check to see if your hopper has an open after 20 switch.

doesn't look like there's an open-at-20 switch.

dunno why you can't open the schem ... what device you using to view it?  Maybe try downloading and viewing.

3rd coin wins go thru unique diodes for non-cherry wins, but it seems unlikely that 4 diodes have a problem.

if you have a melon on reel 5 and stick voltmeter probes on wires 75-7 and 70, do you see 50VAC?  If you prefer, you can use an ohmeter and check for basically zero ohms with one probe on wire 92 and other probe on 75-7 with reel mech out of game.

tweak the beau plugs pins as needed ... you're going to need to remove/insert the reel mech to find the issue assuming you don't have extension cables.

the reel wiper diagram is the w-1041-xxx file in the https://bingo.cdyn.com/slots/1081-1/ directory.  Unfortunately, I don't have a diagram for the payout counter.

melon on reel 4 is wire 43-8 and melon on reel 3 is 34-8.  You need melons on the reels to the right also to see 50V on those wires with other probe on wire 70.

you can check for almost zero ohms between wire 92 on reel 5 and 34-8 on reel 3 (and reel 1) when you have ME-ME-ME on reels 3-5, but voltage checking is a little more reliable.   You can also jumper 92 on reel 5 to 34-8 on reel 3 and see if it pays.  If it does, your problem is the reel wipers or wiring on reels 3, 4 or 5.
