For what it,s worth i seem to recall hearing that space machine company was an update of pace maufacturing of chicago illinois.

Can you post a LARGER photo of your machine. It's difficult to see with the thumbnail size.
Also post a good photo of the inside please.

If you take the pictures with a cell camera and then email them to yourself you are given the option to reduce picture size. Then post the ones that you mailed yourself rather than the originals.

Old grease had turned to glue. Took awhile to get it cleaned up and broke loose. So far it pays out correctly every time something hits.

Does that lower panel come out to expose a hopper?

Does that progressive advance with each play or was it originally tied into a central system? I'd think, due to the age of the machine, it was its "own" progressive system. Have you hit it before?

Yes it advances. The penny dial is broke so they glued the 0 into place. But the mechanism works perfectly. The wife hit it a few weeks ago but nothing happened. Been tracing wires and starting a schematic for it. That should keep me busy for the rest of eternity. Lol

Just wandering if you had to do any repairs what so ever on the pay out or did it pay out as soon as you cleaned  the reels and hit a jackpot?  I have an Alstate made by Space Jet bell that needs help lol just wanted to pick your brain if you know anything about these machines?

I know something about these machines - I've fixed a couple of them that didn't pay out. I'm not volunteering to fix yours but can share diagrams and info with you.
