another short post that focusing just on the machine that worked before
when i turned the machine on, reels get stiff, candle light not flashing and nothing on the front panel, it worked before, i played with the game chip a bit and i might messed it up, i dont think so cuz nothing got bent or broken, i was very gentle and i only tested it on a different board, does it make sense that a broken chip will prevent everything from booting ? include the candle light not flashing ?
checked all fuses with meter and they all good. checked power supply as well and it looks good, test button wont do nothing, white molex seems find as well !

While watching the [Coins Played] window of your display, wiggle the 6-pin power supply harness where it connects onto the motherboard.
That white plug in the middle of your 3rd photo.
I do it all the time on an upright machine w/the door open, I don't know about a slant tho...I don't want the hood falling on your head. 
Ask someone to watch the display for ya.
If the display comes on intermittently while wiggling the harness, you need new female trifurcon pins inside of that white Molex housing or a new power supply harness.
One of our members here makes them...send him a PM and ask where he lives.
If you're not too far from me (I'm@zip code:12910), I could change out the old pins to new ones for ya.

i dont think the displays work when the door is open, pretty sure it must be close to show anything on the display, but ill try anyways!

so i wiggle the connector, the reels get stiff, again lol cuz they already are but the main change is the bill validator actually turn its light on, it worked before as well and made noises when i powered the machine on, when i wiggle the molex connector the green light in the bill validator powered on, the reels getting kinda stiff again i thought that was it, i closed the door but unfortunately no change, still dead :/
candle light still nothing, test button still nothing, any thoughts ?

tmr im getting the new game chip and reel chip and and ill try that as well

Don't worry about the candle...the bulb is probably dead.
The DBV light is on, reels are stiff...all good....close the hatch and drop a coin thru it.
Where do the coins go?
Back into the coin tray or down into the hopper?

Your Sample coin in the coin comparitor (CC) has to be the same as the ones your trying to use.

ok so i got new chips in today, change the game chip and everything came on right away !
good start, showing error 61
after pressing the test button it made a sound and turned to 61-1
lets see how we get it fixed now!

i cleared it with the reset key, now we got that
spin reel button on, change button blinking and the top numbers changing between 00000 and 01-04
