Leisure Time Tech, Inc. Printer Error

I have a Leisure Time Tech, Inc., Super Double Up, gaming machine. It ran out of printer paper and showed the error, "Call Attendant", and "Printer Error". I put a new roll of printer paper in it and spooled it up correctly, I believe.
When I turned the reset key at the top of the machine, it still had the same two errors.  Help?
