Multi Payline display

I have an S2000 3 Reel 9 Payline Multi Denomination machine that I can't get the display that shows lines played, bet per line, winning line and line pays to work...The display pictured is dead and the 6-6-3 display works fine...but if I run the 7 segment display test in the I/O test mode the display tests perfectly along with the 6-6-3 display...
It is also the first Senet device from the cabinet...

Anyone have any ideas?

post a picture of how the cable harness are attached, it  may be connected wrong?  I think the feed from the cabinet goes to the display first then down to the I/O card.?

Yes, the feed from cabinet goes to the non working payline display first, then to the I/O card, then to the buttons and 6-6-3 display...

Big thanks to RB for solving this puzzle...
Turns out that this machine is a 3 reel  9 Payline 9 credit 5 button deck machine and doesn't utilize this display...in other words...it has the wrong reel glass in it...
