Title: Help me identify machine? I'm a newbie - thanks in advance

I just joined after finding this group online.  I just bought this on FB market place.  No documentation and I couldn't really find any manufacturer info.  It has Fiesta Casino info/signage but else that is all I can tell about it.  Here are a few pics.  Anyone have ideas on what it is?   Being a newbie, it's probably right in front of me - so thanks in advance for any info!

Thanks for the quick reply.  Now to find some documentation on it so I know how to program and adjust.  Appreciate it.
