Saw this on Offerup and was curious what machine is this and more important what is the lever(?) on the lower left of the machine?

At first glance, I thought it was a cheap pachislo machine.  But then I noticed the red rectangle below the display glass on the chrome.  If you look closely, it says Spin with an arrow pointing to the button.  Never seen this type of machine before.  Maybe something they were experimenting with in the late 70s or so?

gameking6,

I would ask them to send you a photo of the tag on the side.  That might help you ID it.  I know they were trying a few handless games a one point in time.

You must be in southern CA, I saw the same listing and wondered the same thing. I thought it might be a built in ashtray too. Lol
It is handle-less but it has a button on the front for spin. What is the black knob?

After looking at the photo again I'm sure it's a "PACHISLO" Japanese slot machine.

Agreed! Early one.
Ashtray
Black knob handle
Only oddity is the 25cent logo. Maybe made as a tourist item?
