Title: Cost to convert back to coins
Post by: Wesley910 on February 10, 2024, 06:00:39 AM
On average what does it cost to collect all the parts to convert a bill only machine back to taking and dispensing coins?  :fryingpan: :fryingpan:

Depends on your zip code.
A hopper is going to cost quite a bit to ship in the mail....thats for sure.
You might want to try to find a slot wholesaler near you so you could just pick up yourself?
You'll need the whole coin mech assembly, head and harness.
That's pretty much it...hope you have a clear and keychip to help set up the machine for coin play?

And you'll need one of these, so you can hear that wonderful sound of coins dropping into the tray!

Check out our vendors listed on top of the home page. Try Jim at Midwest, or Slot Rush.

Depending also on all the other surprise things that not all s2000 cabinets have like a hopper plug, the coin out plastic bar (some machines have a plastic bar that has no holes to let the coins out), also I belive there's a hopper rail assembly where the hopper slides into, I don't think all s2000's have it.  There's also the coin guide (the metal thing that directs the coins into the hopper)
