Title: Aristocrat mk6 MAV 500 tiki torch on but not taking bills

Hi all
I have an aristocrat mk6  that turns on boots up to the game screen but won't play.  I just purchased this and have never seen it working.  The game comes on and I hear the bill validator cycle but the lights on the ramp are red and it won't take any bills.  I'm not sure if this a game or validator issue.. any ideas where to start?

Hi all
Does anyone have ideas?  I just tried the bill validator test with the dipswitches and it will take in bills that way.  But won't when on normally. Just blinking red ramp lights
