Hi,
Can anyone point me to a source for an interface board for an IGT Fortune 1 video poker machine?
The machine was in working condition, minus sound, and I noticed that there was an aftermarket bell next to the original bell, that was not connected, but the connectors were next to it. I hooked it up and then the machine played fine, and the bell would ring on any pay combination, but with no other sounds. Then, I decided to hook the two wires to the original bell to see if it would work, and then the game would no longer play. The LEDs on the interface board no longer light up. The monitor now shows ...Game Over, all 5 cards are face down, Insert Coin and the 25 cent denomination. I don't know if I also did some damage to the main board in addition to the interface board, so I could use some input if anyone has any ideas on solving my problem. Thank you for your help.
