Title: igt model 701 multi poker hopper malfunction

Hey all keep getting a intermitten hopper mulfunction and coins begin dropping out of bottom of machine.  open the door and everything returns to normal for a while till it happens again. 
Anyone else have this issue?  Hopper seems to pickup coins fine and cycle fine and pays fine just seems to dump them out the bottom and into the cabinet.

My IGT multi poker hopper is locked up and Ive spent hours trying to find help with this and cannot. 

Watching your post to see if will help with my issue.
