Title: Boot up stuck at 0001

I reinstalled the hard drive, pyscho board, video card and ram memory because it doesn't boot to the game.  Turned the power on and it sits at 0001 and nothing happening. What is 0001?

Any code displayed immediately after you power on the machine means nothing.  It's usually just garbage left in memory.   It takes at least 15 seconds before it displays anything meaningful.

If the game is not displaying the juggler on the monitor within 20 seconds of power on, it's either your video card, the Psycho board, the mobo or the monitor itself.

After reseating the boards and checking the connections, its boot up with the logo to 9999. Hard drive stop seeking, logo disappear and nothing after that.
