I have a Bally Cash Wheel Topper that worked fine for some time.
After a recent power blip, it lost ll of its credits and will not take feed - starts off green, but then goes to red and stays red.
It displays "C.O.L." and then "3.6.91"
I've tried any number of key turns and hitting and holding the reset button on the CPU; the test button appears to do nothing but he pseudo coin button will ring up five credits and will allow the arm to pull and spin the wheels.
