Usb access key

Tryed doing a ram clear on my incredible technologies game and it asked for a usb access key anyone have or know where I can get one?

The dip switches to the left side of the machine did you only have dip switch  The one on the very bottom turn the opposite way In order to do the ram clear

Unfortunately I have one of these machines and now I found out you do need one of those but I had a beta version of this machine in the past that did not require a USB access key and all you had to do was use the dip switches to reprogram it now since I have a different version of the cabinet that's not prototype I'm finding out what your guyses are finding out I guess we should just throw our machines away nobody's going to be willing to help us these are both anchors

Before you throw them away Im interested in the CPU with the Software if you want to try to get some value out of them.
