First Konami machine issues-Advantage

Hi,

I just bought a Konami Advantage KGI 2.0 with the game Diamond Solitaire deluxe and was able to get it to boot up and the leds on the board are flashing however nothing comes up/the game never starts. I am new to konami so any guidance for troubleshooting would be helpful. I have attached a picture of the board. The 3v batteries were checked and they all have charged however there is what seems to be a missing battery at u4. Let me know if you need any additional information.
