Ivizion with Incredible Technologies U23

Does anyone know a confirmed working firmware for their U23 with a Ivizion acceptor?
Tried the following ID003 firmware and cant get any communication.

V-1.64-14 (rescinded firmware) and
V-2.53-38

ID003 should be correct.  Neither of those versions are close to current but it shouldn't prevent them from functioning.  Let me ask, is this iVIZION native to this machine or did it come from somewhere else and you are just now installing it?  Does it cycle at all?

A Ivizion was installed but missing the head / transport. Looks like the head were stripped from the casino.
They used a UBA to IVizion adapter like the picture.  All original with the exception of missing the transport / head
If I take the whole setup with the adapter still on and plug it to a IGT machine wired for UBA and of course flash ID028 on there it works perfectly fine.
Strange thing is there is no cycling which I assumed may be lockout.  It takes the update perfectly fine

Thank you so much, that did it.  Works like a champ now.  I got so narrow minded about firmware didnt even think about that.
