First 2 slot machines. Bally EM 3 reel quarter slant top

Last weekend I picked up 2 slot machines at an  estate sale. I made a post about the first one. This 2nd machine is a slant top quarter 3 reeel, made in 1994. I can't find this machine anywhere online. I don't know the proper name, but I think it's called "second chance".
   I have a jackpot reset key for it, but need the barrel keys. It has 4 of them. One @ top glass, one to lift the lower glass up and 2 @ bottow. I DO have a Bally EM manual on the way
When I plugged it in, no lights come on.
    I've been reading up on these 2 machines, but not sure where to start. These are the first 2 that I've purchased.im fairly mechanically inclined, but wiring and electrical circuits, not so much. Any pointers for a new slot owner?
     I have a locksmith coming to look next weekend. Once I get them oopened, I need a game plan...

In regards to the 1994 slant top, call off the locksmith for now.  Most of those barrel locks are likely Bally shipping locks, and they are keyed alike.  Find yourself a 52593 Bally shipping lock key and I would bet that will open most if not all of those doors.  Second, while the E/M manual may help with your other machine, it won't help with the slant.  This one is solid state, with circuit boards, and is known as a Bally 'Pro Slant'.

Key came to the house. It only opens the top panel, which has a tube light and wiring and the glass in front.
    Locksmith came by today and made keys for the rest of the locks. No cash in the bill collector and 1 quarter in the box underneath. This machine doesn't even light up when plugged in, so I have some reading to do...

On this Bally proslant machine, it won't power up when plugged in. I opened the cash box (empty). I lifted the door above the reels to peek inside. I see a "lower front door" panel, but dont know how to remove it. What are some of the first things to do/try with a new to you machine that won't power?  Thanks, Dan in central Tx.
