Title: SG-112B Disable BV
Post by: RobinAK on May 22, 2022, 06:33:12 AM
Hi so I gotta Sg-112B I just got up and running. Issue I am having is a random V door error. Usually has the error after a double up hand is played and you hit max bet to continue on. It almost seems tied to that and the meters counting is when the V door error happens. If I open and close main door I can continue playing and the v door error goes away for a while. The BV is not working and I really don't want to bother with getting the BV working. If I go into the test menu I can disable the BV. After I do so the game runs fine and no random V door error. However once the machine is powered off it automatically re enables it. New mPU battery is installed and the machine is holding memory on other things like credits and deal speed. There is a small BV daughter board connected to the MPU. I tried disconnecting it be I get errors and the machine will not work with it disconnected. Its does not like that board disconnected even when the BV is disabled. Is there any way to prevent the machine from re enabling the BV on its own? It seems to have the BV door switch wires jumped together. I assume they should be. Any ideas to work around this?
