Title: Universal slot machine 1990 error 62 progressive HELP
Post by: Oroeddie03 on December 05, 2017, 11:59:33 AM
Have a 1990 Universal slot machine. It's hard to explain and maybe I'll put a picture up it is a slant top machine,  but it's a a very tall machine connected to the bottom piece which makes it a upright machine? Anyway I'm having issues trying to get rid of error 62 and wonder if the dip switches have anything to do with it. It has a progressive light up bar at the top but I can't seem to get power to it and wonder if this machine can run without the progressive so I can get rid of the error having communication issues. It runs fine and it only has the MPu8800 from what I read on other machines that they had two motherboards but this one is only running on one motherboard. I've already shut off dip switch three which has four dip switches and I'm also still getting the error 62. Anybody know how to disable for good so that I stop getting error 62?
