Title: Any LCD repair experts out there?

 I have a few Kortek monitors that the colors are washed out.  The whites are not white, the others are faded.
I have tried the contrast and brightness without any luck.
The ccfl’s appear to be ok.
Is this a panel issue?
Any suggestions?

Have you tried a known good A/D board?, and a know good video cable between A/D board and panel?  if so, then problem would more than likely be a panel problem.
