Title: Sound SIMM for Mucho Dinero and Fox n Hound
Post by: Ash100 on January 29, 2020, 06:57:47 PM
Looking over the Definitive Sound Simm library on here and was wondering if there were any special simms for S2000 Mucho Dinero and Fox n Hound?

Didn't see either on the list, so I'm assuming that the generic 00042 will work in both games. But you'd think with titles like that there would be some sort of special theme music.

If anyone knows otherwise,  please let me know and update the list.

Thanks, Curtis ash100

Mucho Dinero is a clone of Tabasco & Double Lucky 7s. Tabasco SIMM may work but I haven't tried it. The only reason you can't use a Tabasco SB chip is that the strips are indexed differently. Never seen a Fox N Hound SIMM. That was also a vision theme with sound being on the ATA/BGM card in the top box.

I'd be willing to give a Tabasco SIMM a try. Can't hurt to experiment a little.

I'll post and see if one pops up.

Also noticed I Dream of Jeannie has 2 different SIMMs listed, DSV00018 and DSV00125.

Are they different  I'll check my game tomorrow morning and see which one I've got.

There are a few different versions of Jeannie - that's why there's different sound cards.

Thanks.

I knew there was a Vision machine in that theme, I have the 5 line 3 Reel version of Fox n Hound.

IDOJ is a single pay line 2CM machine. Is there another as well?

Yes Curtis....the plain jane S2000 version and that's worth mega bucks with the 3C worth more than the more common 2C.
There's also the Game King / i-Game style video versions that aren't worth much.
